Membership in the Triton Accounting Club is open to all Triton Students who have an interest in learning more about the profession of accounting and field of business. Our meetings assist our members with employment skills such as resume writing, interview skills and internship opportunities. The members participate in field trips to accounting and auditing departments of different types of businesses and fun activities.

Active Minds is a national student organization designed to promote mental health awareness on college campuses. This organization aims to promote the mental well-being of students and plans to provide opportunities for students and staff to engage in important conversations and meaningful activities surrounding mental health. Active minds goal is to increase awareness about mental health issues, decrease the stigma surrounding mental illness and promote positive mental health and wellness.

At Triton College we’re committed to supporting students and empowering them to make healthy choices. Our Peer Health Advocates do this by connecting their peers to campus resources, creating a safe space for open dialogue, and offering peer education on a variety of important health and wellbeing topics.

Anime Club is a place where like-minded Anime fanatics can meet together to enjoy, discuss and share their ideas on anime. Activities include watching anime, social club activities and outings.

This club aims to inspire students and ignite their passion for architecture.  A perfect place for architecture and design students to collaborate and share design ideas.

The mission of the Bible Club is to explore the lessons and non-denominational interpretations of the Bible.

This club promotes campus resources, programs and services in an effort to increase student involvement.

We want to welcome everyone into the world of chess and help them learn the strategies of the game. We welcome all members whether they are new to the game or have prior experience.

This club offers a safe space for Triton students no matter their gender, gender identity or sexual orientation. We bring awareness to the campus about social issues in the LGBTQ community.

Share knowledge and resources related to computer networking, mobile devices, and security.

Share some of your photography and/or graphic design skills. Share ideas, tips and participate in group critiques.

The Education Organization facilitates support and communication among students interested in a teaching profession. Students will be actively engaged in sponsoring professional volunteer activities and social events that provide networking opportunities in the field.

A club that is made for students who love fashion or anything clothing-related. We hope to make clothes, learn from each other, talk about the industry, speak trends, and show off current pieces. This hands-on club at Triton would be an excellent place to learn about career opportunities in the fashion industry.

NOTE: You don't have to be a fashion major or have any experience to join this club.

Our mission is to provide support to fellow ESL students who have transitioned onto college credit courses. Students of all cultural backgrounds and ages are encouraged to join.

This club education, resources, and gardening opportunities for its members to promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic, and environmental responsibility.

The IPC Education Foundation's Student Chapter Program strives to foster a diverse ecosystem that connects students, teachers, educational institutions, and industry members across the socio-economic spectrum through the following:

1. Provide engaging and relevant training materials, curriculum and resources, that appeals to students and are needed and desired by the electronics industry
2. Promote regular and meaningful real-world work experiences and career opportunities between students and IPC industry members 
3. Fund scholarships and award prizes for technical student competitions 

To become a member, each student must:

• •Be registered at least part-time (6 credit hours) and have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• In addition to submitting a Triton College Club and Organizations Member Application, you must also register as a member of the IPC Foundation by paying in full the membership fee required by the Foundation. Registration fee is $40.00. To register, click HERE.

Kappa Beta Delta is the international honor society for associate degree business schools accredited by ACBSP, the Accreditation Council for Business Programs.

The purpose of Kappa Beta Delta is to encourage and recognize scholarship and accomplishment among students of business pursuing associate degrees. To encourage and promote personal and professional improvement and a life distinguished by honorable service to humankind.

Students are eligible for lifetime membership based upon the following criteria:

• They must rank in the upper 20% of students pursuing business degrees at the time of invitation to membership
• They must have completed a minimum of 15 semester hours of credit, of which a minimum of six are in business subjects toward the degree program 
• They must have a minimum grade point of average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the minimum GPA for Honors considerations at your institution, whichever is higher) 

Transfer students who meet the qualifications for membership may be inducted after they have completed a minimum of one term of work within the department, division, or school of business provided the student’s overall record is of Kappa Beta Delta caliber, he/she will become a member.

L.A.S.O. strives to be a resource for students and create activities that embrace cultural identity, educational equity, civic engagement, and support for undocumented students.

We strive to be better skilled at using mathematical problem-solving techniques and compete in the American Math Association of Two-Year Colleges' Student Math League (SML).

Model Illinois Government (MIG) is an intercollegiate simulation of the different branches of government in the state of Illinois. Colleges across the state send representatives to this program.

Every year, Triton sends a delegation of 12 or more students to participate in MIG. Eligibility is based on attendance at preparatory meetings. MIG takes place in late February or early March each year.

Triton College pays for the transportation and hotel costs. The student participant is expected to fund their own meals and spending money.

MUN is student organization that offers academically motivated students a hands-on learning experience in 

• Global Politics
• International Diplomacy
• Negotiation and Debate

Model United Nations is an authentic simulation that introduces students to the world of diplomacy, negotiation, and decision-making. Before playing out their ambassadorial roles in Model UN, students research the particular global issues during weekly meetings. Model UN delegates learn how the international community acts on its concerns about peace and security, human rights, the environment, climate, economic development, and globalization.

Each year a select delegation of students represents Triton College in the program. To qualify must have a 3.0 GPA and an interest in Global Affairs. Applications are available from the advisor via email or in the Social Science Department office, G218K. Students who apply will be interviewed and 8-10 students are chosen for the program. Applications are due in mid-September.

Student delegates will attend 2 conferences per academic year. The American Model UN conference is held the third week of November in Downtown Chicago. Qualifying students then have the opportunity to compete in a second national conference during the spring semester in one of the following locations: New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, or Washington DC.

Triton College pays for registration, transportation, and hotel; Students pay for their meals and incidentals.

Paleo Club is a club for students interested in paleontology, geology, and earth science. Club members will be able to gain experience working with fossils and learning about our prehistoric past.

Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society designed to recognize excellence and encourage scholarship among students attending two-year colleges. Phi Theta Kappa, established in 1918, is the largest honor society today in American higher education with more than 1.5 million members and 1200 chapters located throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, and Germany. In 1929, The American Association of Communication Colleges recognized Phi Theta Kappa as the official honor society for two-year colleges, and in the year 2000 the American Association of Communication recognized Phi Theta Kappa as the general scholarship honor society serving associate-degree granting institutions.

Phi Theta Kappa's Mission:
The purpose of Phi Theta Kappa shall be to recognize and encourage scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa shall provide opportunity for the development of leadership and service, for an intellectual climate for exchange of ideas and ideals, for lively fellowship for scholars, and for stimulation of interest in continuing academic excellence.

If you are a fun, motivated student who wants to get involved with program planning, the Program Board is for you!

The Program Board plans all campus events like Corn Roast, Student Success Fest, Halloween Fair, Movie on the Mounds, Welcome Back Week, and other fun campus activities.

We're looking for students who want to help make Triton's campus a lively and exciting place.

A student club in search of environmentally friendly and sustainable alternatives for everyday life.

A study and social group for psychology students.

The Triton Rocket Club is open to all students at the regardless of major or previous experience. Its purpose is to engage students with an internet in rockets, space travel, engineering, chemistry, computer science, and many related areas.

Club members will design, build and fly model and high power rockets. They will have to opportunity to participate in various NASA competitions including the NASA MUREP Innovative New Designs for Space (NASA-MINDS) and the NASA Student Launch Initiative (NASA-SLI). They will have the opportunity to participate in NASA internships including the NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS) and NASA residential internships. They will have the opportunity to provide STEM learning opportunities for students at area Elementary through High Schools.

We will have social opportunities such as watch parties for relevant videos and field trips. We are partnered with the Fisk University Rocket Team (Nashville, TN). SARC (India), and STAR (India).

Our purpose is to provide leadership opportunities for current students enrolled in the nursing program, enhance faculty and student interactions, promote visibility and growth of the nursing profession, and share resources and study tools for current Triton College nursing students.

The TCSA is an exciting way for students to get involved with student governance, leadership and campus activities. Through the TCSA, you can gain valuable leadership skills, participate on campus committees and most importantly, make a difference here at Triton. The TCSA is made up of 25 elected student senators and five elected officers.

Senate meetings are held at 2:15 p.m. every Tuesday during the Fall and Spring semesters in the Senate Chambers, Room B-270.

The TCSA and students involved with this organization have made significant contributions to the enhancement of this institution, including funding for the construction of the swimming pool, Learning Resource Center Endowment of $750,000, the Computer Lab/Internet implementation of $150,000, Student Center Renovation Endowment of over $500,000, scholarships, programs, and services that extend throughout the campus.
