Retention and Student Engagement

Triton College’s Retention and Student Engagement division is committed to creating an environment of welcome and care for our students with continuous enrollment from orientation to completion. We strive to meet students where they are while creating opportunities as they begin their progress through their educational journey here at the college. We walk alongside students in their personal, academic and professional growth.

The Dean of Retention and Student Engagement oversees the areas of Academic Advising, New Student Orientation, TRIUMPH and SURGE, and Testing Center.
