Commencement Information

The August 2021 Application for Graduation deadline is June 15, 2021.

The December 2021 Application for Graduation deadline is September 15, 2021.

The May 2022 Application for Graduation deadline is February 15, 2022.

While we encourage you to participate in the graduation ceremony, attendance is optional.

Depending on what you selected on your Application for Graduation, your diploma or certificate will either be mailed to you or ready for pick up from our Records Office, room B-220, 6-8 weeks after your last date of attendance. Graduates participating in the Commencement Ceremony will receive an empty diploma cover on stage for photo purposes.

Cap and gown order information will be included in communications regarding the Commencement Ceremony.

An Honors Medallion will be included with your cap and gown order if you met the following Cumulative Grade Point Average requirements (the average GPA across all of your semesters at Triton College):

High Honors Gold Ribbon Medallion
Associates Degree – Cumulative GPA of 3.75 to 4.0

Honors Red Ribbon Medallion
Associates Degree – Cumulative GPA of 3.50 to 3.74

Honors Blue Ribbon Medallion
Certificate – GPA 3.50 to 4.0
