Welcome to the Triton College Mathematics Department Web site! This department consists of credit level mathematics courses at Triton College, which is Mat 101 and above. Any courses below the 100-level reside in the College Readiness Department. We have designed our Web site to be loaded with useful information with a touch of whimsy thrown in.

If you are a Prospective Student:
There are links to all of our courses with formal and informal descriptions. You can reach the department chair, Mr. Glenn Jablonski (click here to email Mr. Jablonski) or find out how to prepare for the placement test and when and where to take it. This site will link you to the general Triton Web site or to portions of it such as the Academic Success Center or the "Course Lookup" section, which allows you to find out when each of our courses is held.

We are proud of the excellent quality of instruction we provide and the small, student-centered classes we offer. We hope to see you enrolled in one of our live or online courses in the future!

If you are a Current Student:
We are glad you have chosen Triton mathematics! From this Web site, you can contact your professors by phone or e-mail. You can find out the hours of the tutoring center or the ETRC. We have provided links to online tutoring sites and subject matter sites. You can register for next semester when available.

We have two pages of our best advice. One tells you why you should learn mathematics and the other tells you how to best succeed. We hope our site is useful to you and that you have a wonderful semester.

If you are a Prospective Instructor:
If you are interested in teaching part-time (adjunct), please contact Mr. Jablonski via email (click here to email Mr. Jablonski). You might also want to check out our "outstanding adjuncts" link to find out about some of our current adjuncts. We value our adjunct professors greatly and would welcome new, quality instructors.

If you are interested in teaching full-time, please contact our Human Resources Department. If there are any openings, they will tell you what you need to do to start the application process.
